How to install the Horn Kit on your ETM RTR
105db of get-out-of-the-way, wired in without cutting a single wire. Here's the full install, start to finish.
Confirm your power setup
Make sure your Electro & Co headlight kit is installed and working. The horn plugs into that system, so if your headlight turns on, you're ready.
Mount the horn behind the front plate
The horn lives behind your front number plate, using the same screw point the plate already mounts with. Swap the stock bolt for the longer one included in the kit, slide the horn onto it, and tighten the nut down. No new holes, no brackets — the mounting point was already there.
Mount the CNC button
Clamp the machined button to your handlebar on whichever side your thumb naturally lands — most riders go left so the throttle hand stays put. Snug it down so it doesn't rotate when you press it.
Plug it in and tuck the wiring
Connect the plug-and-play harness — the connectors only fit one way, so there's no guessing. Route the wire along the frame with the rest of your loom and zip tie it clear of the forks and rear suspension.
Test it
Power the bike on and hit the button. 105db means you'll know immediately if it worked. Check it again with the bars turned full left and full right to make sure nothing pulls tight.
