Return & Refund Policy

All Ampirra products are built in small batches, and many items are made to order.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
